Step 1
Start your free trial
Every TDS plan starts with a 7-day free trial — no charge until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.
- Head to the Pricing section and pick the plan that fits — Solo for a one-person operation, or Managed for a growing team of up to five.
- Choose monthly or annual billing, then click “Start free trial”.
- You'll be sent to Stripe's secure checkout to enter your card details. Nothing is charged for 7 days.
- Once checkout completes, your trial is live and you can explore every feature straight away.
Prefer to look around first? You can register an account and start your trial from the published site at any time.
Step 2
Set up your account
After checkout we'll email you when it's time to set up your workspace. Setting up takes just a few minutes.
- Click “Sign in” and use the email address you subscribed with, or sign in with Google.
- If you're new, register with your email and a password, then confirm the one-time code we send you.
- Once signed in, add your business name, address and VAT number in Settings so they appear on your estimates and invoices.
- Set your starting invoice and estimate numbers, then add your customers and a service catalogue to start quoting straight away.
Your trial includes every feature on your chosen plan, so you can build real estimates and invoices before paying a penny.
Step 3
How to cancel if you need to
You're in control. Cancellation is self-service and there's never any hassle — your access simply continues until the end of your trial or current billing period.
- Sign in and go to the Pricing section (or Billing within your workspace).
- Click “Cancel trial” or “Cancel subscription” and confirm — we'll schedule the cancellation for the end of your current period.
- You won't be charged for another renewal, and you keep full access until the period ends.
- Changed your mind? Click “Keep trial” or “Keep subscription” before the period ends and everything carries on as normal.
Downgrading from Managed to Solo is also scheduled for the end of your current billing period — your team keeps full Managed access until then.
